(Hey, Be Nice!) New At VoiceOverXtra

By John Florian
Webmaster, VoiceOverXtra
Dec. 2, 2009

Give the credit - or blame - to Jim Conlan, the radio/voice-over legend and instructor in Houston. In an email, he wrote,
"John, I'll bet there are lots of people out there who would like to see a forum feature on your web site. Many of your articles provoke thought and comment - and the day-to-day experiences of talent who visit your web site deserve to be shared."
I hear ya, Jim. And indeed, that's been a VoiceOverXtra consideration from the get-go. Currently, I think there are more than enough voice-over forums and social networking venues for venting and sharing.

But the ability to comment about what we read in VoiceOverXtra articles - right on the article page - is now a reality.

Comment boxes are featured at the end of every article in our entire virtual library of how-to features and industry news.

And readers can get there quickly with a simple click on this link at the top of every article: Comment on the Article. Simple!

John, I ALWAYS find the articles you post to be helpful and enlightening. Today, specifically, "Ask Rudy #1" was particularly perfect, as I am about to do my first medical narration job, and have every intention of doing it right for the client. You already know this is an arena I have been pursuing, so, with all the good advice I get from your website and articles, this may be the start. Thanks as always!
